What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day terminal operations, driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost and working capital.

• Own operational KPIs, budgets and CAPEX plans while identifying and delivering measurable performance improvements.

• Develop salaried and hourly employees through clear standards, training, performance management and effective workforce planning.

• Coordinate closely with logistics, dispatch and sales to resolve operational issues, manage outages and maintain reliable customer service.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of mechanical and process experience, including 5+ years leading teams within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge across manufacturing operations, ideally spanning areas such as production, maintenance, process or quality.

• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT and relevant regulatory requirements, with the ability to lead strong safety and environmental performance.

• A BS/BA in Business, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
