• Lead transactional tax advisory across M&A and deal activity
• Develop relationships with corporate finance teams, PE investors and clients
• Support complex transactions with commercially focused tax advice

What you’ll bring

• Strong transactional tax experience within corporate finance or deals environments
• Demonstrable ability to generate or influence advisory revenue
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating within mid-market or entrepreneurial advisory firms
