What you'll be doing

  • Grow US revenue and margin by developing new customers while increasing the value of established strategic accounts.

  • Build a high-quality pipeline across short, medium and longer-term opportunities, creating clear territory plans that support sustained growth.

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations, navigating complex buying processes and commercial negotiations.

  • Mobilize product, marketing and commercial teams around customer opportunities, using market and competitor intelligence to strengthen the sales strategy.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, functional food, APIs or a closely related market.

  • Proven success developing new business and managing strategic B2B accounts, with the commercial judgement to protect both revenue and margin.

  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, including confidence handling commercial agreements and senior customer relationships.

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree, with the ability to operate independently in a remote, externally focused US sales role and travel 50%+.
