What you'll be doing

• Negotiate and amend GMSLA documentation for a major financial institution

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver documentation within agreed timelines

• Provide specialist expertise across securities financing documentation

What you'll bring

• 4+ years' PQE in banking, finance or derivatives law

• Proven experience negotiating GMSLA agreements

• Strong understanding of securities lending and related documentation

• Independent right to work in Singapore
