What you’ll be doing
- Advise on complex leveraged finance and cross-border acquisition financing transactions across Asia
- Support private equity sponsors, borrowers and international lenders on high-value financing matters
- Work closely with regional partners across Hong Kong and Singapore on strategically important mandates
- Contribute to the continued expansion of the leveraged finance capability within Hong Kong
What you’ll bring
- 3-7 years’ PQE within leveraged finance, acquisition finance or sponsor finance
- Experience gained within a leading international, Magic Circle or US law firm
- England & Wales or Australian qualification preferred
- Strong technical drafting capability with confidence operating in client-facing environments
