What You'll Be Doing

  • Advise lenders on sophisticated leveraged, acquisition and sponsor-driven financings

  • Work on complex transactions across multiple APAC markets and financing structures

  • Gain exposure to international banks, regional lenders and private credit providers

  • Develop directly alongside senior lawyers within a growing regional practice

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years' PQE, ideally admitted in England & Wales, Hong Kong, Australia or another recognised common-law jurisdiction, with experience gained in banking, debt finance or leveraged finance

  • Strong technical foundations and experience handling complex financing transactions

  • Leveraged, acquisition or sponsor-driven finance exposure is advantageous, but broader debt finance backgrounds may be considered

  • Mandarin capability is advantageous, but not essential
