What you'll bring

  • 4+ years' PQE with relevant financial markets experience.

  • Hands-on experience reviewing or negotiating GMSLA documentation.

  • Knowledge of stock borrowing agreements and related markets documentation.

  • Independent right to work in Hong Kong and readiness to work on a consultancy basis.
