What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead technical initiatives across maintenance, CI, and reliability at multiple US sites
- Deliver CAPEX projects on time and to standard – working with both site and corporate teams
- Support engineering performance across automation, instrumentation, and technical troubleshooting
- Track and influence KPIs – using data to drive performance across locations
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10+ years in engineering, maintenance, or technical operations
- Experience working across multiple industrial sites
- Proven track record delivering CAPEX or major technical initiatives
- Deep understanding of reliability, CI, and root cause analysis
