What you’ll be doing
- Lead safe, reliable operation of nitric acid and ammonium nitrate units, ensuring full compliance with PSM and environmental standards
- Drive production performance through KPI ownership, improving efficiency, reliability, and product quality
- Develop and lead shift supervisors and operators, strengthening capability, accountability, and succession planning
- Own operational response to process upsets, leading troubleshooting and supporting capital and turnaround initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 8–15 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial operations
- Proven leadership of frontline operations teams within a process environment
- Strong understanding of PSM, regulatory compliance, and process safety frameworks
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capability within complex continuous process systems
