What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead complex engineering projects from initial scope and design through execution, commissioning, and final delivery, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.

  • Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, external contractors, technical resources, and project budgets to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Drive engineering improvements across plant operations, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen project execution.

  • Oversee technical design reviews, engineering deliverables, change control, and compliance with relevant industry and HSE standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with 8+ years of engineering experience within industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, or related technical environments.

  • 3+ years of engineering project leadership or supervisory experience, including project budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

  • Strong knowledge of engineering design, manufacturing processes, technical standards, and multidisciplinary project execution.

  • Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable improvements in project and operational performance.
