What you'll be doing

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.

  • Develop financial models to evaluate capital investments, acquisitions and long-term growth opportunities.

  • Partner with operations, commercial and finance teams to deliver meaningful financial insight.

  • Prepare executive-level analysis and presentations that support investment and business planning.

What you'll bring

  • 2-5 years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance within manufacturing, industrial or another capital-intensive environment.

  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations.

  • Confident stakeholder management skills across finance and operational teams.
