Technical Project Manager - Automotive
Location: Munich, Germany
Travel: Regular travel to OEM sites in Munich and Ingolstadt, plus occasional international travel

What you’ll be doing
- Lead Li-Ion battery projects for major European automotive OEM customers from RFQ through to production
- Manage technical discussions and customer engagement in partnership with global development teams
- Drive project delivery across quality, cost, and delivery objectives while monitoring key project risks
- Build strong OEM relationships through regular customer meetings, workshops, and on-site collaboration
What you’ll bring
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience within the automotive industry, ideally within e-mobility or Li-Ion battery technology
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive market trends, OEM development environments, and relevant technologies
- Ability to confidently lead customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with OEM stakeholders
- Business fluent English and minimum B2 level German language skills are essential
