- Lead transactional tax advisory across M&A and deal activity
- Develop relationships with corporate finance teams, PE investors and clients
- Support complex transactions with commercially focused tax advice

What you’ll bring
- Strong transactional tax experience within corporate finance or deals environments
- Demonstrable ability to generate or influence advisory revenue
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating within mid-market or entrepreneurial advisory firms
